We are Bertrandt.

At Bertrandt we are looking for a Verification and Validation Engineer to work on an important international project in a leading company in Aerospace field.

General responsibility

  1. Conducting Tests in Test Benches: Perform thorough testing in simulated test environments, encompassing both automated and manual tests.
  2. Evaluate product stability, interoperability, and performance through rigorous testing.
  3. Implementation of Automation Scripts in Python: Develop automation scripts in Python to optimize and streamline testing processes.
  4. Ensure test repeatability through effective implementation of automation.
  5. Generation of Evidence and Documentation: Create detailed documentation of conducted tests, ensuring traceability with requirements specified in DOORS.
  6. Generate clear and concise evidence supporting test results.

 

Requirements

  1. Educated to University degree level in Computing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience.
  3. Experience working with the processes and documentation established by DO-178B/C.
  4. Experience with requirements management (experience with DOORS will be highly valued).
  5. Desirable knowledge in C++ and/or C programming.
  6. Testing Software for the above languages.
  7. Git experience (Bitbucket, GitHub and/or GitLab).
  8. Previous experience with Python will be highly valued.
  9. High level of English
